DrugN selected for the dispatch to Silicon Valley Project by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry/JETRO
DrugN (Non-SaMD: Non-Programmed Medical Device/Web3) of HealthCareGate Inc. has been selected for the Entrepreneurship Development Support the dispatch to Silicon Valley Project by METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)/JETRO (Japan External Trade Organisation) for the dispatch to Silicon Valley Project in July 2023.
The "Start Next Innovator" programme was launched in 2015 to develop the next generation of innovators as part of the "Bridge Project between Silicon Valley and Japan" organised by the METI, which aims to send 1,000 people to Silicon Valley.
The Entrepreneurship Development Support the dispatch to Silicon Valley Project is a programme for those who have participated in the Global Entrepreneurship Development Programme/Global Innovator and Others Development Programme organised by JETRO in the past, also known as the Start-up Alumni (Start-up Next Innovator graduates) or the The programme is open to those who have participated in the Startup City Acceleration Programme (Preparation Course) and have completed the domestic programme. The 30 participants selected from the domestic programme, including "people who want to create innovations that have an impact on society", go to Silicon Valley to pitch their business plans to mentors, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists. The aim is to experience the Silicon Valley ecosystem, get a sense of scale and speed through dialogue with them, acquire the mindset of a global innovator and seize the opportunity to take their business global.
