'New Developments in FoodTech Creating Palatability', a book on food research, has been published
Hiroyuki Goto, co-chairman of the Food NFT Consortium, has contributed to a book on food research, 'New Developments in FoodTech Creating Palatability', which will be published on 18 July 2024 and features more than 40 experts from food manufacturers and food technology companies.
FOOD NFT stores 'taste data' and 'recipe data' on the Symbol blockchain, making it an all-on-chain NFT to visualise good taste and operationalise 'taste digital assets'. It also aims to create a market for food NFT and promote development and distribution.
