Opening Line, Inc announced that the second phase of the Digital Innovation Human Resource Development Programme in Shizuoka, organised by Shizuoka Prefecture and managed by LTS Corporation, will support the issuance of certificates in the form of NFT, the first case of certificate issuance by a local government in Japan (according to LTS research).
