Japan Industrial Hemp Association and Siam Reiwa International Co., Ltd successfully joined the Thai Industrial Hemp Trade Association. Promoting industrial development through the adoption of blockchain technology.
The Japan Industrial Hemp Association and Siam Reiwa International Co, Ltd held a fruitful exchange of views in Tokyo following the successful launch of the Thai Industrial Hemp Trade Association in Japan. Siam Reiwa International Co, Ltd (SRI) has announced the launch of Canna Pi, an agricultural product traceability system based on Symbol's blockchain technology, developed in collaboration with Gifu University of Japan through joint industry, university and government research. This technology is expected to solve the problems of illegal cultivation and counterfeit sales. It is also expected to build trust between retailers and consumers.
The event included discussions on strengthening cooperation between the Japanese and Thai hemp industries and promoting the industry. An agreement signing ceremony was also held with representatives from both countries, further strengthening the partnership. Siam Reiwa International Co., Ltd (SRI) will continue to work with the Japan Industrial Hemp Association (JIHA) and strengthen cooperation with the Thai Industrial Hemp Trade Association (TiHTA) to develop the hemp industry.
In addition, a company-owned store, CANADE® Café & Bar, was opened in Fukuoka City Japan in July 2023, selling original CBD products produced in Thailand and offering its own CBD menu.
